Cancellations within 48 hours of the service must pay 45% of service cost. No Show and Same Day cancelations will be charged 100% of the service. This helps to protect our stylists’ time and income as appointments made available within these time frames can be very difficult to fill, resulting in part of the work day completely lost. We ask that you treat this cancellation policies and our stylists with respect and integrity. Financial hardships happen, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure their ability to cover cost of appointments/ cancellations or to cancel with a minimum of 72 hours in advance in order to not be charged. By agreeing to this you agree to be charged automatically upon Late Cancellation or Same Day Cancellation/No Show. (An appointment is considered “No Show” when a client is 30 minutes or more late with no attempts to contact the salon)
